OPS Group collects personal information when you contact us, apply for a job, work with us, or use our services.

What we collect: usually your name, contact details, and the information you give us about your enquiry or application. Sometimes we receive information about you from others, such as referees you have nominated.

Why: to respond to you, deliver our services, and assess job applications.

Who we share it with: only those who need it for these purposes, such as our subcontractors and the providers who manage our IT and business systems. We do not sell your information.

Your choice: you do not have to give us your information, but if you don't, we may not be able to help you.

Your rights: you can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you.
